The handbook aims to strengthen the technical capacities of prosecutors, judges, police officers, customs agents and financial intelligence analysts in the region and to improve inter-institutional coordination mechanisms and international, regional and sub-regional cooperation among GAFILAT member states to detect, investigate and punish TF/PF-related activities in accordance with the UNSCRs and the 19 international instruments on the subject.
