In accordance with GAFILAT’s Fourth Round of procedures, Panama’s Mutual Evaluation Report (MER) was adopted in December 2017 under the framework of the XXXVI Plenary of Representatives of GAFILAT. This second follow-up report analyses Panama’s progress in addressing the technical compliance deficiencies identified in its MER.
