Due to Covid-19, supervisory authorities are facing challenges due to movement restrictions and reduced staffing. Therefore, GAFILAT has developed a best practices guide in collaboration with GIZ to assist authorities in conducting remote supervision and applying a risk-based approach. This guide compiles regional strategies to enhance international cooperation among supervisory authorities.
