The GAFILAT Asset Recovery Network (RRAG), established in 2009 with the support of various international organizations, facilitates the identification and recovery of illicit assets among member countries. Thanks to a secure electronic platform developed by Costa Rica in 2010, the RRAG has succeeded in increasing the identification of illicit assets and information exchange, positively impacting international cooperation and the implementation of international standards. Although facing challenges, the RRAG demonstrates potential to continue achieving significant results and further its development in the future.
