This report provides a summary of the AML/CFT measures in place in the Plurinational State of Bolivia (hereinafter, Bolivia) as at the date of the on-site visit, which took place on 17-28 April 2023. The report analyses the level of compliance with the FATF 40 Recommendations and the level of effectiveness of its AML/CFT system and makes recommendations on how the system could be strengthened.
