In accordance with GAFILAT’s Fourth Round procedures, Cuba’s Mutual Evaluation Report (MER) was adopted in July 2015 within the framework of the XXXI GAFILAT Plenary Meeting held in San Jose, Costa Rica. This follow-up report analyses the progress made by Cuba in addressing the technical compliance deficiencies identified in its MER.
