In accordance with GAFILAT’s Fourth Round procedures, Peru’s Mutual Evaluation Report (MER) was adopted in 2018 under the framework of the XXXVIII Plenary of Representatives of GAFILAT. This first follow-up report analyses Peru’s progress in addressing the technical compliance deficiencies identified in its MER.
